| Describe an overall desired achievement involving a process of change and aimed at meeting certain needs of identified end-users in a given period of time. A good objective meets the criteria of being impact oriented, measurable, time limited, specific and practical. The objective is set at the next higher level than the expected accomplishments.[1] |
