The concept of experiential learning explores the cyclical pattern of learning from experience through reflection, and conceptualising, to action and on to new experience. Also it describes the process for recording continuous professional development, through taking time to capture, record and implement learning in daily work. Some examples of experiental learning activities are team-building exercices, problem-solving and cooperation activities. Experiental learning activity helps learners in the following ways: [1]
